At GREENFEED, people management and development are built on corporate practices and experiences, staying true to its originally core values.


GREENFEED also focuses on developing the next generation leaders through training programs, offering potential employees opportunities to learn and grow. Based on the previous achievements, GREENFEED will continue to finalize its online training system (E-Learning), and partner up with international programs to help employees be ready for their career advancement.


Regarding resource management, GREENFEED made a breakthrough in 2021 through successfully implementing Objectives and Key Results Management system (OKR). It helps every business unit keep track and evaluate their performance based on their committed goals. The system is expected to build a strong foundation for the Group’s growth in the future.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY

Being well aware of the importance of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management to business operation, GREENFEED has established and implemented policies on these and ensured transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The Group also carried out customized training programs for business units based on their actual requirements. It ensures every employee has abilities to identify risks, thereby preventing unfortunate accidents.

Notable health and safety control activities in 2021:
