Training and talent development

In 2022, GREENFEED established a training program for 22 high-level leaders who make a significant impact on stakeholders engagement and business strategy. It also conducted employee performance appraisals to identify personnel who are capable of rising through the ranks and joining training programs for successors.

As contribution to sustainable workforce for Agriculture sector, GREENFEED has collaborated with universities and educational organizations to promote talent programs. In 2022, the Group conducted training activities for 133 second and third-year students, issued certificates for 109 students participating in "Seeds of Talents" program.

Reasonable remuneration policy

In 2022, GREENFEED launched GREENCARE program with a focus on physical and mental healthcare for employees. Meanwhile, the Outrace
club was kicked off to encourage employees to become involved in physical activities such as running, swimming, yoga, and cycling.
The club also supports members to register for sport events such as VnExpress Marathon, helping employees to regain positive energy
and improve work-life balance.

Elevating women’s livelihoods

Kicked off in 2010, Empowering Farmers program of GREENFEED, collaborated with Farmers' Associations in various provinces and Tuoi Tre newspaper, has accompanied thousands of farmers, especially rural women to elevate their livelihoods through financial support and training in animal husbandry.
In 2022, GREENFEED continued to launch the Sharing Wealth with Farmers program with a focus on planting practices, offering farmers new opportunities to uplift their livelihoods.
