GREENFEED successfully exported the first batch of international standard swine breed to Laos at the beginning of August, expanding the opportunity to develop the breed segment in this market. After the successful export of our swine breed to Cambodia, this activity continues to record and marks GREENFEED’s efforts to bring effective and international standard breed solutions to the regional market.

The first batch of 700 sows departing from GREENFEED breeding farm in Cu Jut, Dak Nong, Vietnam on August 4th. By plan, this batch will complete the transportation process and be imported into GREENFEED customer’s farm in Bolikhamsai province, Laos by November 2021. The transport process strictly complied with veterinary regulations as well as COVID-19 prevention when exporting across the border.

With the number of sows imported from Vietnam, the size of the customer’s farm will increase from 400 to 1,100 sows, with a total area of ​​29 hectares. In addition to the productivity and efficiency of the breed, the professional, dedicated consultation from GREENFEED technical team has convinced the farm owner to confidently invest and increase the scale of livestock production, at the same time apply the full set of GREENFEED Effective Farming Solutions.
